I have played millions of hands of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of funds at 21. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Flamingo a number of years back with $750 after 30 mins using this tactic! And a couple of months ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can squander a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Wager 5 dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first $5 wager
Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original $10 bet
Wager $10
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Wager $40
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet
Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet
Wager 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet
If you left at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
