I have gambled on countless of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have gambled on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of cash at twenty-one. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the game.
I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get rich with this method or beat the casino, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely exciting at times. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this method! And a couple of weeks ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can squander a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice betting this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.
Wager 5 dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first $5 bet
Wager $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Bet 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original $10 wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Bet twenty dollar

Bet $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager
Wager $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of $160
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original one hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
