I have wagered on countless of rounds of blackjack. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have bet on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the casino, however you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a number of years back with $750 after 35 minutes using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager
Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Bet 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Wager $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20
Bet $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial $20 wager
Bet $20
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original eighty dollar bet
Wager 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet
If you departed at this point you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
