black jack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a rollercoaster. It is a game that kicks off slowly, but gradually picks up the pace. As you slowly build up your bank roll, you feel as though you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom drops.
black jack is so akin to a roller coaster the similarities are alarming. As is the case with the popular fair ride, your black jack game will peak and things will seem as though they are going well for awhile before it bottoms out again. Of course you have to be a bettor that’s able to readjust to the ups and downs of the game mainly because the game of blackjack is choked full of them.
If you like the petite coaster, one that cannot go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the rollercoaster ride is with a larger wager, then jump aboard for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high-stakes gambler will love the view from the monster wild ride because they are not thinking on the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is an awesome feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to twist and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.
If you do not, you may not easily recount how much you enjoyed the good life while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a great ride … your head in the stratosphere. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t find it easy to recollect how "high up" you went but you will recollect that mortifying fall as clear as day.
